EPA: Carbon Dioxide Endangers Human Health
Just as we were attacked by Japan on this date, sixty-eight years ago, we have been attacked today by our own federal government. I must say, if this wasn't so scary, it would be hysterically funny. The EPA has announced their final report today on the endangerment finding that carbon dioxide is dangerous to human health.
This is a sweeping, executive power grab unprecedented in the history of this nation. Of course, it goes without saying, that it's another in a long line of unconstitutional actions by the Obama administration.
As you know, I have been posting links to stories about ClimateGate on this blog for almost two weeks and I have also pointed out that Obama and the mainstream media have ignored the truth that ‘global warming’ and the ‘climate change’ doctrines are lies that have been manipulated to make the world populations believe them to be true.
I believe the world leaders know the doctrines of 'global warming' and 'climate change' are absolute scams perpetrated on an ignorant population in order to control every aspect of their lives and take every bit of their wealth. This is the new socialism and it is insidious.
This entire movement ('green,' 'environmental,' 'global warming,' ‘climate change,’ etc.) is nothing more than a global power grab to redistribute wealth, enslave entire populations and control what people can own, how people can travel, what people can do for a living and how people can live. And because Obama’s ‘Cap and Trade’ bill is languishing in the Senate, he gave the EPA the green light (no pun intended) to override Congress and take over the entire economy.
Since taking office, this government has taken over the banks and financial sector of our country. It now owns 90% of the mortgages of the country. It has taken over GM and Chrysler. It has told private industry the amount it is allowed to pay industry executives. The government is now the loan officer for all student loans in this country. The Federal Reserve is printing trillions of dollars and causing our currency to devalue. The House has passed, and the Senate is debating, a health care overhaul that will give the federal government full control of the health care decisions for every person in this country. Once in effect, rationing and dying will begin. The Feds are also going to ask Congress for authority to regulate all subways and light rail trains in the nation. And, today, the EPA has said with every breath we take, we are endangering humanity. This is beyond ridiculous!!
Once again, I ask, do you ever feel like you’re living in ‘The Twilight Zone?’ I do, every day. The truth no longer matters to our ‘representatives’ in government. Our opinions don’t matter. Our phone calls, e-mails, polls, town hall meetings, marches on Washington or any other objections don’t matter one bit to these radical, maniacal individuals who were ‘elected’ to represent us.
I blame every person that voted for Obama and every person that voted for the Democrats that now control Congress for what is happening in this country. The sad thing is those ignorant voters aren’t the only ones that are going to suffer tremendously for their ill-informed votes. If that were the case, I would say, “Well, they deserve it for being so stupid.” But, unfortunately, we are all going to suffer in ways we cannot imagine – yet. It is coming. Sooner than we think.
I also blame the elected Republicans who are doing little, to nothing, to stop the unconstitutional and unimaginable power grab of this administration. Why aren't they on every television station screaming from the rooftops that this is all against the law? Why aren't they on every radio station crying out to save our Republic? Are the Republicans in agreement with all of the hostile takeovers of the federal government?
Have you also stopped to think about the fact that this much damage has been done in less than a year? This despot and his helpers have three more years in office. Will there be a United States of America in three years?
If I had the money, I would buy an island, grow my own food and escape this present madness and the madness to come. I don’t have the money. And if I did, it wouldn’t matter because our government is doing all it can to make our ‘money’ worthless paper.

Obama's 'Final Solution to the Jewish Question'
The road President Obama is on concerning Israel and it's future is very dangerous. In my eyes, it is no different than the Nazi SS plan of the 1930's and 1940's. The reason I use this strong language is very simple - to give in to the demands of the Jordanians (who suddenly became 'Palestinians' after Israel was declared a nation in 1948) is to destroy Israel. The goal of these Jordanians, along with the Iranians and other Muslims is to 'wipe Israel off the map.' More and more, I believe that is the goal of President Barack Hussein Obama.

The Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. A lot of people, today, don't realize that Hawaii was not a state at the time of the attack. Alaska and Hawaii became the 49th and 50th states in 1959.

The USS Arizona was struck in her foredeck by an 800 kg bomb, and the bomb penetrated to a forward magazine where it exploded. This explosion nearly split the Arizona in Two. The Arizona sank in approximately 19 minutes and took most of the 1,177 crew members who were lost with her to the bottom of the harbor. The crew members are entombed there today as a fitting final resting place with the ship they served and loved."

Prohibition repealed! Text of the 21st Amendment to the Constitution of the United States:
Section 1. The eighteenth article of amendment to the Constitution of the United States is hereby repealed.
Section 2. The transportation or importation into any State, Territory, or possession of the United States for delivery or use therein of intoxicating liquors, in violation of the laws thereof, is hereby prohibited.
Section 3. This article shall be inoperative unless it shall have been ratified as an amendment to the Constitution by conventions in the several States, as provided in the Constitution, within seven years from the date of the submission hereof to the States by the Congress.
This is the only amendment that has passed primarily to repeal an earlier amendment. I, personally, gave up drinking 'intoxicating liquors' many years ago but since November 4, 2008, I can't say I haven't considered taking it up again...

With the collapsing business model of Big Media in this country, there has been increased chatter about a government bailout for the industry. This has sparked some legitimate concern about the power of the political classes to dictate the reporting of news stories by the dinosaur media. But would it really be any different than the situation today? The environment reporter for the New York “Pentagon Papers” Times came up with this howler for why the paper wouldn’t publish the emails:
The documents appear to have been acquired illegally and contain all manner of private information and statements that were never intended for the public eye, so they won’t be posted here.
Could Big Media actually be any more willfully ignorant of stories embarrassing to the political classes? At least if they were on the government dole, they might be more honest about their censoring of the news.

On October 24th, I wrote an article for this blog about the hoax of global warming and I am amazed to see the truth that I wrote coming out of the darkness and into the light! Here's one of the paragraphs I wrote in October:

They also know if they come up with the 'wrong' answer their funds will be cut off. So, in order to keep the endless money coming, they all scream, 'The sky is falling! The sky is falling!'

The current debate about “national health care” is exclusively centered on the merits of various provisions in the multiple versions offered by different factions in Congress, all of whom presume that America is destined to have such a program, in one form or another. Completely removed from the debate over this matter is any mention of the absence of constitutional authority for the feds to establish such a scheme in the jurisdiction of the several States. It is reputed that when an astute critic of this legislative tragedy noted this constitutional defect to a Congressman, he received a smug reply: “show me where we cannot enact this program.” Apparently, there are lots of constitutionally challenged federal legislators besides Pelosi.
There is one very profound constitutional objection to this federal gamble to subject Americans and their health care to the control of politicians and bureaucrats. Congress lacks the constitutional authority to regulate and control the practice of medicine in the jurisdictions of the States. See Linder v. United States, 268 U.S. 5, 18, 45 S.Ct. 446 (1925)("Obviously, direct control of medical practice in the states is beyond the power of the federal government"); Lambert v. Yellowly, 272 U.S. 581, 598, 47 S.Ct. 210 (1926)(“It is important also to bear in mind that ‘direct control of medical practice in the States is beyond the power of the Federal Government.’ Linder v. United States, 268 U.S. 5, 18. Congress, therefore, cannot directly restrict the professional judgment of the physician or interfere with its free exercise in the treatment of disease. Whatever power exists in that respect belongs to the states exclusively.”); and Oregon v. The current debate about “national health care” is exclusively centered on the merits of various provisions in the multiple versions offered by different factions in Congress, all of whom presume that America is destined to have such a program, in one form or another. Completely removed from the debate over this matter is any mention of the absence of constitutional authority for the feds to establish such a scheme in the jurisdiction of the several States. It is reputed that when an astute critic of this legislative tragedy noted this constitutional defect to a Congressman, he received a smug reply: “show me where we cannot enact this program.” Apparently, there are lots of constitutionally challenged federal legislators besides Pelosi.
There is one very profound constitutional objection to this federal gamble to subject Americans and their health care to the control of politicians and bureaucrats. Congress lacks the constitutional authority to regulate and control the practice of medicine in the jurisdictions of the States. See Linder v. United States, 268 U.S. 5, 18, 45 S.Ct. 446 (1925)("Obviously, direct control of medical practice in the states is beyond the power of the federal government"); Lambert v. Yellowly, 272 U.S. 581, 598, 47 S.Ct. 210 (1926)(“It is important also to bear in mind that ‘direct control of medical practice in the States is beyond the power of the Federal Government.’ Linder v. United States, 268 U.S. 5, 18. Congress, therefore, cannot directly restrict the professional judgment of the physician or interfere with its free exercise in the treatment of disease. Whatever power exists in that respect belongs to the states exclusively.”); and Oregon v. Sounds like something that the Dear Leader of the Free World said about Foxnews.
While we wait for The Olde Yorke Times to publish these emails, I anxiously wait for Sen. Inhofe to put these emails in front of "Sen" Boxer and see her hair catch on fire with denial.
These buggers have been caught dead to rights with LYING and MAKING IT UP!
Maybe now we'll have some honest debate about the diminished sun spot cycles and how they affect the earth's overall environment.
This would be a really great question for Major Garret at the next "news conference" at the Krem...ooops. I meant the White House.
Serious Security Breach
As you know, I am not a supporter of our current president, his administration or his policies. Having said that, he is our president and the couple that managed to crash his first state dinner and meet him is a major concern.
There should be a thorough investigation and heads should roll within the Secret Service. Another incident like this by people who aren't as friendly could be catastrophic for our president and our nation. Let's hope this investigation starts now and appropriate changes are made today!

By the President of the United States of America, a Proclamation.
Whereas it is the duty of all Nations to acknowledge the providence of Almighty God, to obey his will, to be grateful for his benefits, and humbly to implore his protection and favor-- and whereas both Houses of Congress have by their joint Committee requested me to recommend to the People of the United States a day of public thanksgiving and prayer to be observed by acknowledging with grateful hearts the many signal favors of Almighty God especially by affording them an opportunity peaceably to establish a form of government for their safety and happiness.

Does he put a stop to all things 'green' in order to seek the truth about this? Does he halt all 'cap and trade' legislation? Does he cease spending money on 'green technologies' until the truth is reached?
No. He ignores the facts as if they don't exist! That's what is so eerie. The scandal of the century is unfolding (that is not an exaggeration!) and the left acts as if nothing has happened. So, Obama is going to Copenhagen in December to sign over US sovereignty so he can 'save the planet from climate change.'

The Gettysburg Address
On November 19, 1863, President Abraham Lincoln delivered The Gettysburg Address at the dedication of a Civil War cemetery in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. This is one of the shortest and most memorable speeches ever given by any President in our nation's history. Do We the People still believe what Lincoln wrote 146 years ago - "...government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth?"
Unfortunately, it is perishing before our eyes.
Four score and seven years ago our fathers brought forth on this continent, a new nation, conceived in Liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal.
Now we are engaged in a great civil war, testing whether that nation, or any nation so conceived and so dedicated, can long endure. We are met on a great battle-field of that war. We have come to dedicate a portion of that field, as a final resting place for those who here gave their lives that that nation might live. It is altogether fitting and proper that we should do this.
But, in a larger sense, we can not dedicate -- we can not consecrate -- we can not hallow -- this ground. The brave men, living and dead, who struggled here, have consecrated it, far above our poor power to add or detract. The world will little note, nor long remember what we say here, but it can never forget what they did here. It is for us the living, rather, to be dedicated here to the unfinished work which they who fought here have thus far so nobly advanced. It is rather for us to be here dedicated to the great task remaining before us -- that from these honored dead we take increased devotion to that cause for which they gave the last full measure of devotion -- that we here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain -- that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom -- and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.
