Constitutional Role of Judges

I believe the Democrat majority called this hearing to try to intimidate the court or try to figure out how the court will rule on the constitutionality of ObamaCare. In my opinion, that's the reason Scalia was asked to participate and, as always, he's brilliant. - Reggie
